On-site ticketing is available during regular opening hours only according to the Basilica's visiting hours. All ticket purchases after 5 p.m. must be made online or by phone.

Adoration takes places from Monday to Friday (after Mass) at the Sacred Heart Chapel from 8:00 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. and from 12:45 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. (EDT). Please note that all Masses are given in French only.

Please note that visitors purchasing the combo offer must exit the Basilica after their sightseeing visit and come back in the evening according to the time of the showing if both activities are done in the same day. The Notre-Dame Basilica is a Kéroul certified partially accessible location. Please consult our fact sheet on Kéroul's website for more information on the accessibility of our facilities.
We also accept the Companion Leisure Card (CAL) which grants free admission to the accompanying party of a disabled person and is recognized by leisure, cultural and tourist organizations.

Please note that the Basilica has no parking facilities. However, it is possible to park on the street (parking meters) or in the paid parking areas of Old Montreal.
Bus Tours
We recommend that bus tour drivers park in the areas reserved for them by the Ville de Montréal.
