Netiquette Policy

Netiquette (a cross between net and etiquette) is a charter that defines the rules of conduct and politeness governing the behavior of Internet users on a given digital platform or platforms.

In other words, “netiquette is the set of rules of good conduct to be adopted on the Internet, particularly during exchanges on social media or by e-mail.” (Source: Government of Quebec Netiquette)

La Fabrique de la paroisse Notre-Dame de Montréal is the institution responsible for the management and development of Notre-Dame Basilica of Montréal and Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Cemetery.

This netiquette policy aims to define the rules surrounding the use of the various digital platforms of La Fabrique de la paroisse Notre-Dame de Montréal, including, but not limited to, its websites and social media pages.
