When you make a purchase from our box office, you must create a Fever account, the platform through which we sell our tickets, or log in with your existing Ticketpro credentials, if you have them. You agree to provide true, accurate and current information about yourself and to keep it up to date such that it remains accurate and complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your user account and associated password, and for all activities that occur under your user account and password.
You undertake to notify Ticketpro of any unauthorized use of your user account or password at the following email address: hello@feverup.com.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our box office. You agree to promptly update your account and any other information, including your email address as well as your credit card numbers and their expiration dates, so that Fever, our partner, can finalize your transactions and contact you if necessary.
We reserve the right to change the prices displayed at our box office without prior notice.
Purchases made at our box office are subject to our refund and exchange policy, available in the Frequently Asked Questions section of our Website. Please take the time to read it before making a purchase at our box office.
